How does Fractional Title Ownership (Exclusive Residence Club) work?

Fractional Ownership is shared ownership and shared usage of a professionally managed luxury holiday villa. The villa is owned (through shares) by more than one individual, so this means that your capital investment, risk, and ongoing costs are drastically reduced.
