How do I pay the exchange booking fee?

The exchange fee can be paid via credit card, direct deposit, or EFT. You have two working 
days from the date of your provisional booking to complete the payment. 
Failure to make the payment or provide proof of payment within this period will result in 
the cancellation of your provisional booking. Payments must be reflected within 48 hours of booking.
