Your confirmation letter will contain details of your cancellation terms and conditions. But for your reference, the booking cancellation terms and conditions are as follows:
BMP Points
1. If cancelled between 42 days and 21 days prior to arrival, a 50% cancellation penalty will apply.
2. If cancelled less than 21 days prior to arrival, a 100% cancellation penalty will apply.
3. If the reservation was originally made using Points that would have expired, and the same reservation is subsequently cancelled, then these Points will expire.
4. If an exchange fee was paid for the reservation, and the reservation is subsequently cancelled, then 50% of the exchange fee paid will be forefeited.
BMP Timeshare
1. A reservation made with a flexi week credit may be cancelled up to 42 days prior to the occupation date, without penalty, noting that flexi credits will expire if not used by the end of the year in which it was allocated.
2. A reservation cancelled with less than 42 days to occupation date will be subject to full forfeiture of the flexi credit.
3. A reservation into your own fixed week may unfortunately not be cancelled, however if you, or a possible guest, are unable to occupy the unit we advocate that you bank this week with BMP.
4. Where applicable, regardless of occupation date, a 50% penalty of the exchange fee will apply.
